Join Artistic Director Louis Burkot and Stage Director Peter Webster for a lively conversation about Offenbach’s “opera fantastique.” The background is as fascinating as the opera itself. Did you know that Offenbach did not even live to see a production of his masterpiece? Tickets
February 25 – A Musical Salon – at the home of Rita and Bill Post (Woodstock)
An afternoon of great vocal music featuring a very personal recital with mezzo soprano Cara Collins, a 2017 Opera North Resident Artist who returns in 2018 in the wonderfully comic role of Berta in Barber of Seville. Tickets
March 4 – Coach’s Corner – at the home of Louis Burkot and Maria Laskaris (Hanover)
An insightful and exciting journey into how vocal technique and interpretative skill bring arias to life. Listen and watch as Artistic Director Louis Burkot coaches a young singer. Tickets
