Caroline Tavelli-Abar, a multidisciplinary artist living in Vermont, curated art collections in New York City after traveling from her native Switzerland to explore her American roots.
My work is a wide spread exploration in many different forms from bas-relief to collage, photography to printmaking, with a particular deep love for drawing and poetry.
These sailing images posted here are about freedom, form, and taking sail. They are inspired in part by Origami. Here is a link to a talk about them given at The Fleming Museum – Pecha Kucha Talk: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lQe_f32MmlI&sns=em
