Registration now open for “The Art of Illustration”, an art class for homeschoolers

OVERVIEW: Students will learn the skills of 2-D art, sketching, illustrating, line, form, shading, color. Join our Artist-in-Residence Kristina Rodanas, author and illustrator of over twenty-five children’s books, for a five-week class on sketching and illustration. Kristina will lead students through the principles of shading, line, and form, on to sketching still objects and live animals, then to creating images that complement written words. At the end, students will have a portfolio of their work to show off!

FOR AGES 8-12. $75/student, $65/student for Billings Farm & Museum members.

Space is limited. Call (802) 457-2355 to reserve your spot. Pre-payment required for registration. In the event that a class is canceled due to weather, make up days will be scheduled for Fridays in March.
