Second Annual 10″x10” for $100 Exhibition and Fundraiser

10”x10” for $100 Exhibition and Fundraiser is on display through Friday, November 9, in AVA’s new Members’ Gallery. Each artwork will be sold for $100 to benefit AVA during a festive closing celebration on November 9, featuring music by DJ Melissa with food available for purchase from Taco’s Tacos and VT Munchies.

78 artists have created over a hundred, 10”x10” artworks on wooden panels provided by AVA. The only constriction to their creativity was that they stay within the 10”x 10” square. This is the second year for this event, and it again includes artists both new and familiar to the organization.  Donated works include oil paintings, pastels, watercolors, photographs, sculpture, mixed-media works, drawings, prints and more.

Purchasing begins at 3pm when there will be a limit of one panel per person. At 5pm, collectors will be able to purchase an unlimited number of panels until they are gone. This is a great opportunity to take home an affordable original work of art while supporting AVA!

Proceeds from this fundraiser help support every aspect of AVA’s art programming and mission, including art classes and workshops, exhibitions by established and emerging artists, scholarship and internship opportunities, as well as special opportunities for children and adults with disabilities.

A selection of the 10”x10” panels will be posted on AVA’s Facebook and Instagram pages during the viewing window.
